Guarantee Information

Marbletrend will supply a replacement product where a fault is shown to be caused by faulty manufacture or materials*, subject to correct installation procedure. This guarantee does not include removal and installation costs. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for the major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

 

How to make a claim

For all product returns, please follow the guidelines listed below: Marbletrend must be supplied with sufficient information to enable us to create a GRA (Goods Return Advice) and commence the goods pick up process. It is imperative that a copy of the store's claim be faxed through to the Marbletrend Claim Department prior to collection/return of your goods. Information to be included on claim form includes;

  • Marbletrend invoice number or delivery docket. Only one of these reference numbers is required, however if these numbers cannot be located, the purchase order number will suffice.
  • An accurate description of the product that is being returned e.g. colour, size, style, etc.
  • Reason for return e.g. customer cancelled, faulty, chipped etc.
  • Store's suburb or branch including a contact name at the store.
  • Credit Claim Number (if applicable).
  • Re-supply details (if appropriate).

Returns without notification cannot be accepted. All returns are at the discretion of the Claims Manager.
